(I'm not sure why this duck picture came out so horrible on here, because I can assure you it's not this bad!)
Such a splendid day. Warm but not too warm. Chilly but... I guess because I'm cold blooded it was too chilly for me.
I'm so thankful for his spontaneous character, which I'm sure comes from his mother. I love and thank her for that!
It was a picnic-at-a-random-park kinda day, complete with a lake, 50s music, sparkling water, Mason jars, fruit, and little intruders! Talking about the future is exciting and reminds me to live and cherish the moments that I'm in currently. Every second and season.
You want to know what today's topic was at our picnic? Marriage. It's funny how I was that person just like the rest of the majority of our culture today who had their mind made up on what age I was going to be married. 22. God has totally changed my whole view and I'm happy to be pro young marriage.
In my eyes, the way I see it personally, why wait? BUT, certain requirements should be met of course.
1. Christ is to be the center of the relationship.
2. The man must be able to provide.
3. You have to be unquestionably in love and sure of what comes along with marriage. No wandering eye.
If it's a God centered relationship where the guy is leading the girl and treat her right, mature and strong relationship, he can provide and she can be helping in bringing in some sort of income, an honest and faithful relationship that you know is of the Lord, I'm honestly all for it. Why put an age limit on it? Over 18 would be good haha. Sooner rather than later also, because you don't want to fall into sin because of sexual temptation. Real talk. But that's my take on it.
Lovely day and I'm excited for now and the future.
